Within its Central Florida community Essian Construction has been committed through its own produced Charitable Events to raise and donate funding for selected charities geared towards the well-being of less fortunate children.
Commitment to Warranty
Essian Construction is very proud of our warranty procedures to make sure all Homeowners are taken care of in a timely manner within the warranty guidelines.
Every Homeowner is given a Homeowner Manual at the close of their unit to serve as a guideline when they are having an issue in their unit. Essian Construction offers a one (1) year interior warranty and a five (5) year exterior warranty on every unit.
Essian also includes a form that the Homeowner completes and sends to the Management Company or the Management Company will complete, then it is sent to the Developer and is forwarded to Essian Construction Warranty Department. The Warranty Department responds either by faxing directly to the sub contractor or the Warranty Technician is sent out to the Homeowners unit to examine and repair. The subcontractors have a 24 hour window to respond/repair unless an emergency situation.
When work is complete the Warranty Technician gets a signed ticket from the Homeowner and returns it to the Warranty Department and the sub contractor faxes the completed ticket to the Warranty Department.
