Richard Shassian has been in the construction industry over 25 Years and is a licensed General Contractor. During 1995 through 2001 Richard was with one of our nation’s largest Tax Credit Apartment developers/builders. Richard was responsible for the management of all production from development through construction of approximately $150 million annually. He was associated with over $750 million of construction from 1994 through 2000. Prior to his multi-family construction experience, Richard was an exclusive custom home builder from 1981 through 1987 in Pennsylvania and Central Florida.

The Shassian family has been in the construction industry since 1952 throughout the United States both in the capacities of developers and constructors.

A graduate from the University of Maryland 1981, with a Bachelor Science Degree in Marketing and Design. As an NCAA Finalist in Lacrosse, Richard Varsity Lettered as a “Walk-On” goalie.

Richard today is still actively involved with the lacrosse community as a stick designer, team sponsor, youth coach and player.

Richard currently resides in Central Florida with his wife and two sons.
